Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at RachelC@rachelcscuratorscorner.com or call (870) 707-9980. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We ask that you include photos and/or video of the damage and the packaging condition. Email all documentation to RachelC@rachelcscuratorscorner.com.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted. We will refund the price of the returned item upon approval.

Cancellations Cancellations are accepted for orders where delivery exceeds 25 days past the expected delivery date.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
